Author Ann Hood’s parents’ culinary business venture of the 70′s.  A wonderful read, plus the site’s pretty cool too…

  1. Hi Patty,
I missed the stories you share while you were on hiatus. Thanks for sharing this story. It’s especially poignant and I love the thought of that food truck making it’s way to the flea market on Sunday even though I live on the other side of the country. Glad you’re back and glad you’re still sharing your own great stories as well as those of others. ;-)

    • I appreciate the kind words Laura as always

Isn’t Ann Hood the greatest? I think her writing is so wonderful- she can take any aspect of every day life and make it special.

And I’m glad to be back- little crazy with all the back to school activities but I’m trying to get back in the groove.

Your post about domestic violence and the elderly is excellent btw- great information for all who care for their parents or other older folks to have.

Thank you for your comments - I appreciate it!
